TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to emmaware.co.uk website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you, before placing an order if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions please email our customer service team at mail@emmaware.co.uk. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed we will not be able to make any changes. The good on sale on the site are offered on sale exclusively to individuals above the age of consent. Reselling, rental or disposal for any commercial or professional purposes of products purchased from this site is expressly forbidden.
Your Delivery
Emma hand-makes to order, we endeavour to dispatch items ordered within 3 days of the order being placed. If you need an item delivered by a specific date please email Emma at mail@emmaware.co.uk with details and she will prioritize your order or advise if this is not possible. You will be sent an email once the order has been dispatched.
UK orders will be sent Royal Mail 'Signed For' which means you will be required to sign for the delivery. For orders in the UK you can expect to receive your item the day after dispatch. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made you will be left a Royal Mail calling card indicating which local Post Office your item has been delivered to. The package must be collected within 14 days with proof of ID otherwise it will be returned to our offices and your order will be refunded. Items returned to us can be redelivered at your own cost. In the event of Royal Mail strike action we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
Exceptions
UK Bank Holidays (if applicable) : please allow and extra working day for deliveries.
International Orders
International orders will be sent by Airsure, International Signed For or FedEx. Delivery times are 3 days for Western Europe and 4 days for Eastern Europe. Worldwide 5-7 days depending on local services. Should you be absent at he time of delivery you will will left a calling card by your postal service indicating which local Post Office or depot your item has been delivered to. Please pick up the item within the time scale outlined or it will be returned to us and we will refund your purchase minus any costs incurred. If you wish to track your order you can also email mail at emmaware.co.uk.
Delivery Address
Please note we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Price and Payment Options
We currently accept payments via Stripe, which means you can use multiple options and send payment securely without sharing any financial information. Please see www.stripe.com for information on Stripe payments. All prices are exclusive of VAT, at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Further information for overseas customers
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exhange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the UK will also be liable for any import duty, quota, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing and order or contact Emma.
Product Information
Emma hand-makes to order, please be aware that due to the design process no two pieces are identical. Images posted to the online shop are a guide, every effort will be made to reproduce a similar product. Finishes/paint effects will antique in time, this is intentional, the shape and colour of the accessories are designed to evolve and move with the wearer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on the website. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
-All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
-We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
-Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we can accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged fro the out of stock items.
Allergy Information
Rubber inner tubes are occasionally made in part from latex. Emmaware.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any skin irritation/allergies resulting from skin contact with pieces from the rubber collection.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. You will be charged and once we have received the fund we will dispatch items. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example result from one of the following:
-The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
-Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
-The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provides when accessing or ordering from the website. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
